Dakota and her Elementals bested Brooks Jabon and imprisoned him during his reign of terror five years ago. Since that time, she and her teams have repaired the damage he caused. All seems quiet until a car speeds toward the prison where Brooks is incarcerated. No one is ready for Brooks ability to overcome the bonds binding his powers.
