Lois Crockett: We like to cook out on the grill. 

Here’s a good recipe:

Get a VERY good piece of beef or chicken

Rub a binder like mayo, mustard, ranch or Italian dressing. 

Then add a thick coating of seasoning like Dan-O’s & cover & rest for about a half hour while the coals get hot.

Grill to your liking. Baste if you like.

When done to taste (use a meat thermometer) remove from grill.

Put a big piece of foil down & add bbq sauce and pats of butter. 

Put the meat on the foil.

Top with more butter & sauce. Close the foil.

Rest 10-30 min, prep sides. 

Serve & enjoy!
