Welcome Clint Carpentier to our blog today!
1. Introduce yourself to our readers. Where do you fit into the story? What should we know about you?
Hi ya, I’m Clint Carpentier. I’m a 17 year old all Canadian boy from small town Saskatchewan, where I letter in football and hockey.
2. What do you think about the author? Tell us everything. We want to know.
Eh, he’s not so bad for an American. Kind of a kindred spirit, but the southeast and the Canadian prairies are world’s apart in climate to be sure.
3. What are your feelings about this story?
Rescuing my girlfriend from her two-faced adoptive brother and his lunatic friends was a wild and wooly experience I’ll never forget.
4. How do you feel about being a character in this book?
I’m glad Ryan decided to write my story. Human trafficking of native women and girls is underreported, and it’s about time someone put pen to paper.
5. What do you see in your future? (No spoilers please!)
If she’ll say yes, probably marry Meghan.
6. Is there Sequel /another_________ book in the future? Will you be part of it?
Yes indeed, that’s what I’m hearing!
7. Say a movie producer comes knocking. What actor/actress would you want to play you and why?
Eh, I reckon I’ve been told on occasion I bear a striking resemblance to Graham Phillips
The Canadian Prairies are a land of endless skies, wild weather extremes, and endemic human trafficking. Saskatchewan high schooler Clint Carpentier takes matters into his own hands when the RCMP drops the ball on investigating the abduction of his native girlfriend. A shocking betrayal and bloodbath leaves Clint fleeing the West for the East, with a bloodthirsty pack of traffickers hot on his tail. His ordeal will end the same as it began: in a hail of lead.
